The Web Site: http://www.lht.la/ Launched Nov 1, 2013
Los Angeles, CA USA
On November 1st, 2013 Learn.Help.Teach. (LHT) launched a skill-share environment located in Downtown Los Angeles in the artist district. Producers Brandi Veil and Keith Neves have combined like forces of design, technology, artistry, sharing economy, spirituality and educational workshops for community development and social enterprise. LHT will host a series of events designed to elevate their community by including Happy Hour 2.0, a daily event focused on balancing through the use of ambient sound and lighting open to the public.
Learn.Help.Teach. is a unique environment brought to you by event designers, artists, community developers, educators, shared communities, and philanthropists focused on skill sharing. LHT hosted a soft opening called “Dinner with Peers” by peers.org, an event of 50+ guests for a potluck discussion focused on shared economy. Peers.org is a grassroots organization that supports the sharing economy movement. They believe that by sharing what we already have — like cars, homes, skills and time — everyone benefits in the process.
