Sonati Tours is a Nicaraguan non-profit environmental education organization, carrying out FREE activities for thousands of local children and many other environmental projects! 
SONATI Tours offers eco-adventure tours for tourists, and ALL tour profits finance our environmental projects. We are looking for energetic and motivated volunteers to work as trekking guides and share the beauty of Nicaragua with tourists from all over the world. 
Volunteer duties and responsibilities: 
Learn guiding topics for each trek (mainly volcanism and local flora & fauna). 
Guide 2-3 treks per week. Managing preparation and cleanup for each trek. 
Help with promotions and treks publication at Leon. 
Doing shifts at the SONATI Tours reception (when not guiding), attending guests and signing people up for treks. 
Qualifications: 
Outdoor trekking experience and good physical condition. 
Friendly and serviceminded, with stellar people skills. 
Good English and at least basic Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
