A Call Out to Intentional Community: Would You Like to Join Us?
“We are all long-time community builders and our deepest intent is to live in a sacred way. Part of this is to create a healing sanctuary, a place which has room for many of us… -Laurie Sage”
I am Laurie Sage. There is a group of us starting an intentional community called the Circle of Heart Truth Ranch in a rural area near Sedona, Arizona. We are focused on creating a home base, and collaborating with other intentional communities in this Tribal Convergence Network, as well as with Intentional Communities Magazine. Our newly acquired land needs some work, but it is in a beautiful location. There are three small houses, a huge barn, and a two bedroom trailer currently, with plans to put up more structures such as domes, tipis, etc. We are looking for Village Infrastructure Guild folk, as well as Film/Media/Communications Guilds, Wellness, and Spirituality Guilds.
This land is in the beginning stages of development, and we are looking for both temporary work-trade traveling folk, as well as considering permanent residents. We are also developing space for horses, as one of the primary intentions of this land is to create an equine therapy (using horses to heal people), trail rides, spaces for healers to work, and much more. We will be collaborating with horse caravans such as the Tribe of the Sacred Heart and others, and many of us intend to travel on horses to Hopi land and other sacred sites.
If you are interested, have questions, want to be in alliance with us, or visit, please contact me! ALL are welcome. We are all long-time community builders and our deepest intent is to live in a sacred way. Part of this is to create a healing sanctuary, a place which has room for many of us. We have already held several events, and we feel like it is a good idea to reach out to the Tribal Convergence Network community, since I know what wonderful work is being done through this Network.
